All in-store and online artwork sales are final and ‘No change-of-mind’ refunds or exchange can be made. All artworks and online orders can be collected from Gallery Alchemy free of charge. Gallery Alchemy will wrap and carefully package all artworks for shipping.

All artworks will be sent within a week of purchase (unless included in 'Current Exhibition', in which case will be sent within a week of the exhibition ending) with insurance cover for the value and signature on delivery. Gallery Alchemy will provide tracking information to the customer.

In the unlikely event of damage we ask that the customer photograph the packaging and artwork and Gallery Alchemy can submit an insurance claim.

Any artwork listed under 'Custom Shipping Quote' is either too heavy, fragile or

large to fit into our standard flat rates for shipping. Once the purchase has been made and we can see your address we can provide a tailored quote for a courier delivery.

All shipping prices are calculated at checkout. We offer both domestic and international shipping to certain countries.

All international orders go through customs and the process may take up to weeks. Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing how long this process will take. Please note: international customers are responsible for any applicable local duties and/or sales tax. We also cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages which have been confirmed as delivered to the shipping address.
