We want you to fall in love with your new masterpiece. If, for any reason, you don’t, or if you simply change your mind, we’re here to help.

To initiate a return, please repackage the artwork in its original packaging and contact us within seven (7) days of receiving it by emailing sarah@galleryalchemy.com. Once we hear from you, we’ll handle the rest with care and professionalism—our Silver Service ensures a seamless experience.

Free Returns make buying art online effortless. However, please note:

- Change-of-mind returns are not available for ceramics or sculptures.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, email us within seven (7) days at sarah@galleryalchemy.com with photos of the issue, and we’ll work with you to resolve it promptly.
