Jasmine Mansbridge says of her work – “I have poured myself into this new body of work.

It is always an emotional thing to come to the end of a process in which I invest so much energy. As the title suggests the exhibition started with an idea in which I could talk about growth, change and metamorphosis and somehow visually represent all the ways this can happen.

I could never have predicted that in the time between starting the paintings until now my own personal life has seen significant shifts, challenges and opportunities, all which are forcing me to expand and learn more about myself and my place in the world.” – Jasmine Mansbridge
